Montrose Memorial Hospital

Overview
The Montrose Memorial Hospital is a regional medical center, located in the city of Montrose. The 75-bed hospital provides emergency medical care as well as other general and specialized medical services to patients. Specialized medical services include respiratory care, medical imaging, nutrition services, ambulatory surgery, and oncology services. 

In collaboration with St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center and San Juan Radiation Oncology, the Montrose Memorial Hospital developed the San Juan Cancer Center, located at South Fifth and Park Street in Montrose. The San Juan Cancer Center offers radiation therapy treatments for oncology patients, in addition to medical oncology (chemotherapy) treatment. Patients from Montrose, Gunnison, Ouray, Ridgway, Telluride, and many other surrounding communities benefit from the advanced care available at the center.
